A name, place, or other term entered in a search tool is transmitted to the third-party company operating that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its processing.
Messages You Send
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Requests for agency records remain subject to Kentucky’s Open Records Act in KRS Chapter 61 and the rules of the government office receiving the request. That public-record law does not turn this private site into a public agency.

These choices apply to data controlled here. Requests about records held by the Anderson County Sheriff, the jailer, Kentucky Department of Corrections, or another linked service must go to that source.
